Please Note: All of our items are custom made for your hounds. We are not a re-seller of any item. Collars, slip leads and body suits are not kept in stock, their construction begins when you place you order or when we receive your hounds measurements. At goCoursing.com we feel it is better to customize them to your hounds specifications which ensures the best possible fit (and a very satisfied customer!), rather than keep a huge inventory of generically sized items which may not fit your hounds properly. Because of our high quality standards and "custom fit process", your order will most likely ship within 14 business days from date of payment received. This is not a shipment guarantee. We will try our best to fit to this shipping window, but depending on order volume and other issues, your order may take longer. CUSTOM TAKES TIME, but is definitely worth it!!

SHIPPING: Your order will normally ship within 14 business days of receipt of payment. Large orders may take several days longer, depending on overall order size.
**** Please note: During the Fall and Winter months we are VERY busy.
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 10 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition. If there is obvious wear or damage to the items you are returning, we will contact you with an estimate of your refund. Special Note: You must contact us for approval before returning products to us. Any package received without approval will not be accepted.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are refunded less a 50% restocking fee, and in accordance with the above return policy. Since these orders are VERY specific to your hound, they are difficult for us to restock or resell if they do not work out for you. Being exact with your measurements will ensure a perfect fit for you!
